"Watch Out for Those Who Cause Divisions"

" out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them." [Rom.16.17]

There was only one global church in the time of Paul, which was started by my Jesus. No matter what locality the churches were in--Galatia, Ephesus, Corinth, etc.--they belonged to the one Acts church. They had one doctrine, faith, church, and sets of leaders, which were apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors and teachers, along with the deacons and elders.

At the time, Paul already saw impostors pretending to be disciples but were after dividing the church so they could set up their own churches different from the Acts church and get members from it. They taught things contrary to what Jesus and the apostles taught. Paul did not identify who they were but gave us some hints.
  1. They caused divisions.
  2. Put obstacles in the way.
  3. They taught things contrary to the teaching.
That deception continued to this day. I'm not saying denominations today had already existed then, but the wrong principles managed to continue to our day. They caused divisions. Denominations do that today. Instead of having one Jesus church as our Lord had prayed for in John 17, they maintain separate church denominations with different doctrines. And they fight anything that would completely unite all Christian churches today into one church--they put obstacles in the way. They don't want to give up their disunity.

And maintaining church denominations with separate and different doctrines is teaching things contrary to the teachings the Acts disciples had learned. Paul told the Romans to keep away from them.

But funny, it's different today. If you espouse the complete unity of the church as Jesus prayed for in John 17, and if you say church denominations should be dismantled to give way to the one church of Jesus worldwide, they'd see you as causing divisions, putting obstacles, and teaching contrary to their sound doctrine. And what they mean is, you're causing division in their denominations and breaking the status quo. You're a heretic and their members should keep away from you.

You should be able to see clearly in these last days who are anti-Jesus church and who are pro Jesus' church. Those who are gradually seeing the light in a completely united church as Jesus prayed for in John 17 start to have their denominations unmasked before them and also start looking for the one church which Jesus talked about and which takes after the Acts church, leading to the glorious church of Jesus Christ, without spot or wrinkle or any blemish, but holy and pure. This church alone builds the Kingdom of Jesus Christ on earth.

They Don't Know Where to Put Apostles in Church Today

I was reading this book [not the one above] about how big the church really is, and in one portion it talked about apostles and prophets. It said church "experts" can't figure out where to place apostles and prophets today in church. Since church denominations have their leaders, where would apostles and prophets find their place in them? The book also mentioned how past church "experts" surmised or hinted that the disappearance of apostles and prophets in church was due to the sufficiency of the offices of bishops, elders, and pastors to efficiently run the church all by themselves without help from apostles and prophets. Hence, their gradual exclusion.

Well, at least modern church "experts" now are thinking about putting back apostles and prophets in church. That's a relief. The problem is, they can't figure out what their roles would be. I don't see that as the problem. What is, is the stubborn insistence on keeping church denominations. You can't mix man's church with God's church. You have to get rid of one or the other. God's apostles and prophets have no place in man's church denominations.

Denominational Apostles and Prophets

Well, there are so-called apostles and prophets today who manage to operate in a church denominational set up. You see them busy with their own ministries or petty kingdoms--just like denominations--but not busy with the one glorious, universal, and spiritual church of Jesus Christ, without spot or wrinkle or any blemish, but holy and pure. Funny thing is, you see them criticizing church denominations, when the fact is, they're no different from them in principle. You also see no true unity among them.

This apostle has his own agenda and ministry, while that apostle has his own, as well. Some prophets operate on their own, thinking they can do without apostles. And how many evangelists today have their ministries totally independent of apostles and prophets, some not even believing they still exist today? Their ministries and agenda never unite as one. They just form temporary alliances. Why is this happening in both denominations and apostolic ministries? Because no one wants to give up everything. They think they've worked hard to get their ministries up and thriving and now they claim full ownership of them, not willing to give them up to give way to the one global glorious church of Jesus Christ.

I wonder who's going to do it first? Who'd be that man of God who'd finally see this truth and start giving up everything for God and His glorious church and Kingdom on earth--so that the rest would follow suit? Everyone wants to make a name for himself and keep the glory, while paying lip service to "doing it all for the glory of God."

Get Rid of Denominations

The thing is to get rid of denominations and any semblance of it, and then all true believers to unite completely as one, just as the Father and Son are one. Then God's genuine apostles and prophets will have their proper places in the one glorious church of Jesus Christ. The evangelists, pastors, and teachers will, too. Everything will fall into place by the power and wisdom of the Holy Spirit, as what happened in the Acts church.

Some folks ask me: what would happen to local church denominations and where would believers gather for worship in their localities? My answer: they gather where they used to gather--in their local church denomination buildings. Only this time, they don't gather as a denomination anymore; they gather as one body belonging to the one global body of Christ with one doctrine, belief, faith, ministry, and mission, and with completely united apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers [APEPT].

How the Glorious Church Operates

As in Acts, APEPTs worldwide should meet regularly as a global council, like the Jerusalem Council, all led by the Holy Spirit. God made it happen in Acts, He can make it happen in these last days. In fact, He will make it happen, because he will restore all things before Jesus Christ comes back [Acts 3.21]. There should be a horizontal apostle in such meetings who acts as moderator and final decision maker as Peter and James were. Horizontal apostles are not better than the other apostles and lord it over them. They get the anointing of the hour to weigh things that have been discussed and decide on a conclusion, led by the Holy Spirit [Acts 15. 13-21] The Acts Council never did anything by votation but by being led by the Spirit through a horizontal apostle [Acts 15.22-23].

Whatever decision the global church council of APEPTs comes up with is trickled down to the local churches worldwide led by various APEPTs and bishops and deacons who do their ministries as one man. Thus, church denominations should be demolished as well as the emerging apostolic denominations. Every true believer should desperately pursue the prayer of my Jesus in John 17--the one global glorious church patterned after His LIFE, Ways, Will, and WORD alone. God will make this happen, but He will first destroy everything man-made.

What Church Revival in PH Will Stop Prophesied Calamities?

I saw the prophesy given by God to an Indian prophet about God's judgment on the Philippines, which were partly fulfilled with the big earthquake in Bohol and Cebu and the Yolanda super typhoon which both hit the country in 2013. Another catastrophe is said to be hovering over the country and set to hit anytime this 2014 if a genuine revival doesn't happen in the Philippines.

It's not about a corrupt government needing repentance, but a church badly needing revival. And by "revival" we mean genuine repentance of the church, especially the born again Christian church, in the country. Church denominations have been stealing from God and telling lies to people. I really hope we all get this message clearly. God doesn't just want revival worship services or intercessory prayers for national repentance--He wants true revival that would demolish everything man-made and man-invented in church, primarily church denominationalism.

It will be useless for all churches to gather en masse at Luneta to pray for the Philippines, even if the number of worshipers get to 10 million or more--if after the big meeting each one goes back to his or her own church denomination to do the same old man-made churchy things. That's not what God wants. He wants everything demolished and then started anew with nothing but His Word, ways, and will, by the supernatural power and leading of the Holy Spirit. Exactly as Jesus and the Acts church did it. After all, Jesus is the only Way. Everything should be done His Way.

Why Intercession Re-Directed Yolanda to Avoid Hitting Bacolod

The Intercessors of the Philippines [IP] was amazed how God re-directed Yolanda to avoid hitting Bacolod after they had interceded. Why was their prayer effective and that of different denominations wasn't? Because IP is truly body of Christ. It is not a church denomination but a gathering of believers, regardless of church affiliation. I see the big difference here when believers gather in prayer as one church compared to them gathering in prayer in their respective denominations. The first one is in the center of God's will. The second one is not.

The true church revival needed in the Philippines and which will stop prophesied calamities is one that is radical and total--initiated by giving up all church denominations. Church leaders should spearhead this move, or else their members who finally see the light should give up their denominations, leave their churches, and look for churches with zero denominations [see 10 traits of a zero-denomination church below]. This would pressure top leadership to relinquish control, demolish their denominations, give up everything to God, and start giving way to the universal and spiritual glorious church of Jesus Christ. This church has the following traits:
  1. Zero denomination or any denominational tradition or system.
  2. Led solely by the Word and the Holy Spirit as in the time of Jesus Christ and the Acts church. It has zero man-effort and ways.
  3. The church apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, supported by elders and deacons.
  4. The global 5-fold ministries are one, led by the Holy Spirit through a global council of apostles, prophets, and church elders, as what the Council at Jerusalem had.
  5. The global church council will be selected by the Holy Spirit through godly, faceless, selfless, and spiritual men and women of God--not through voting or election but through prayer and fasting and the personal guidance of the Holy Spirit. I'd prefer those who lack material possessions and titles and have pure hearts and meek spirits not to seek them in ministry.
  6. The bible alone is the doctrine interpreted by the Holy Spirit through genuine men and women of God.
  7. It operates in the supernatural ways of God through the Holy Spirit with signs and wonders and miracles.
  8. Members are dead to sin, self, and the world.
  9. The church lives out the Word of God daily.
  10. The church people worldwide are one just as the Father and Son are one.
This is the kind of revival God wants for the Philippines, which would stop God's judgment against it, and which God wants to spread worldwide from the Philippines. It's not just a temporary alliance in a huge prayer conference in Luneta or elsewhere [and which often ends up in a show of denominational force] where the event is televised and top ranking church leaders are in their best clothes going up the stage with dignity and titular pride. We all have to tear our clothes, wear sackcloth, cover ourselves with ashes [in spirit] and surrender to the genuine will of God.

After the corrupt in government and elsewhere see this happening to the church, then those destined to turn to the Lord for salvation will do so almost of their own volition. Evangelism will be easy because "everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved." Then God will establish His Kingdom army in the Philippines [He designed this country to be located strategically, not for the US, but for launching His genuine zero-denomination evangelistic missions to spread across Southeast Asia and reach the 10-40 window]. Only the Name of Jesus Christ shall stand conspicuous in all these [not one church denomination shall be mentioned]. Then, we will all know that the Lord is God! And then the end will come.
